Martin M. Goldwyn is a partner in the Corporate, Securities and Real Estate Departments of Tashlik Goldwyn Levy LLP.

Martin represents public and private companies in various industries.  Martin represents clients involved in general corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private financing, product licensing and various transactional matters.  Martin’s practice area also focuses on the pharmaceutical industry and consumer brand products, specifically with regard to product acquisitions and development, licensing, marketing and joint venture transactions.

Martin serves on the Boards of various private companies as well as a publicly listed pharmaceutical company, which company Martin has represented as outside general counsel since its inception.

Martin’s securities practice focuses on securities compliance and disclosure and corporate governance.

Martin represents clients in our real estate practice, primarily commercial and industrial facility acquisitions and financings.

Martin received his J.D. from New York Law School where he was a member of Law Review and received his B.S. in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.
