Julia Lee is an associate attorney at Tashlik Goldwyn Levy LLP. Her practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including company formation, joint venture, corporate governance, and the acquisition, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate. She also works on commercial litigation matters and estate planning.

Before joining Tashlik Goldwyn Levy LLP, Julia served as an in-house counsel for real estate developers working on multi-million-dollar transactions. Her experiences span from condominium development, construction financing, property management, purchase and sale, leasing, to REIT venture deals. She loves closing deals and aims to be a reliable legal advisor no matter the size of the transaction.

Julia received her B.A. from National Taiwan University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey. She speaks Mandarin and English.
