The TGL litigation department provides representation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in state and Federal courts, arbitration tribunals, state and Federal agencies and boards. Our clients include publicly held and privately held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals and medical, dental and accounting professionals.
We handle general commercial litigation and arbitration, partnership and corporate disputes, securities litigation and arbitration, contract disputes, employment issues, restrictive covenants and confidentiality claims, real estate and commercial lease disputes, unfair competition and insurance matters in courts and in arbitration.
In addition, the litigation department supports our trusts and estates practice, including probate litigation matters involving Wills and intestate proceedings, representation of proponents and contestants of Wills, executors and administrators of Wills, beneficiaries of trusts, Wills or estates, fiduciaries of trusts as well as various guardianship proceedings.
